Be knowledgeable about coffee and talk about it. Thank sincerely for coming in. Quality Our Baristas use only the best quality, fresh ingredients. Consistency Follow procedures, recipes and training to create a consistent experience that our guest can rely on. Speed Baristas create each drink in a minute or less without sacrificing quality or consistency.Job Type:
