Serve food items and beverages with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly interaction and prompt service. Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance registers at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, dining areas, and adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support overall café operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with the Clover POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Barista experience or beverage service background enhances your ability to excel in this role. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
