Job Overview Join our fast growing coffee company as an event & farmers market barista. You will be responsible for driving our van to and from events and markets, as well as setting up, breaking down, preparing drinks, and educating customers on our coffees. Additionally, you will be responsible for working regular barista shifts at our roastery & shop. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety if coffee beverages. Clean driving record and valid drivers license. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting visitors, taking orders, and answering questions about our coffees. Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, equipment, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling procedures. Learn about our coffees and offerings and educate our customers on these offerings in an approachable and friendly manner. Support setup and breakdown of market booth or café station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained. Requirements Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with square POS. Valid drivers license. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences in outdoor environments. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during busy market hours. Desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 25.0 per week
