Position Overview We are hiring a versatile Smoothie Barista, Food Prep & Retail Sales Team Member (or as we like to call you, our Smoothie Specialist ). This role combines handcrafted food and beverage service with friendly retail sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Food & Beverage Service:

Craft signature smoothies, pour cold brew, serve specialty coffee, and assemble fresh food menu items including kale salads and paninis.

Food Prep & Kitchen Standards:

Execute daily prep work, follow safe food handling practices, restock stations, and maintain a spotless, organized work area.

Customer Service & Hospitality:

Greet customers with high energy, deliver excellent front-of-house service, and build lasting relationships to create regular guests.

Cashier & Sales Associate Duties:

Operate the POS register, handle cash/card transactions, assist guests on the retail floor, answer product questions, and keep displays fully stocked.

What We're Looking For Availability:

Saturday availability is required (Closed Sundays!).
