This position supports daily kitchen operations with a combination of dishwashing, food prep, cleaning, and general kitchen support. Experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train someone who is reliable, works hard, stays organized, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities include:

Washing and properly storing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Assisting with basic food prep and portioning Keeping dish, prep, and kitchen areas clean and organized Supporting the kitchen team before and during service Following food safety and sanitation standards Completing daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties We're looking for both full-time and part-time applicants with flexible availability, including weekends.
