Mione's Pizzeria is a family-owned pizzeria bringing traditional family recipes and old-school pizza-shop hospitality to the Myrtle Beach area. We're looking for friendly, dependable Counter Servers to join our team. What You'll Do Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take orders accurately in person and by phone Operate the POS system and process cash and credit-card payments Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations when needed Package pizzas, slices, and other orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery Keep the counter, dining area, and service areas clean and organized Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared correctly Check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers Restock front-of-house supplies as needed Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Work as part of a team to keep service moving during busy periods What We're Looking For Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person Schedule We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
