The Coffee House is hiring a Café Associate to provide friendly customer service and support daily café operations. This role assists with beverage preparation, customer orders, food service, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient café environment. Common Job Roles Café Associate Café Team Member Coffee Shop Associate Barista Associate Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Assist with food preparation, packaging, and display organization. Maintain a clean and organized café, counter, and dining areas. Restock beverages, ingredients, supplies, and merchandise Operate coffee-making and café equipment safely and efficiently. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Support team members during busy service periods Perform additional café and customer service duties assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous café, restaurant, retail, barista, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
