Barista Clubroom Coffee + Cocktails Austin, TX Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, skilled Coffee Barista to support daily operations and help manage the setup and service of our coffee program. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys specialty coffee, fast-paced environments, and engaging with customers. Duties Prepare espresso-based drinks, batch coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to brand standards Set up, break down, and maintain the coffee bar equipment before and after events Open and close the bar following standard operating procedures Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas of the mobile bar Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Monitor inventory (beans, milk, cups, syrups, etc.) and notify the team when replenishment is needed Assist with transporting equipment, supplies, and occasional restocking Support private events, markets, and pop-ups as scheduled Experience 3+ years of barista or specialty coffee experience preferred Ability to dial in espresso and steam milk consistently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in small teams Ability to move and lift 40 lbs (equipment, supplies) Reliable transportation and punctuality required What We re Looking For Someone reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented A team player who takes pride in crafting great drinks Someone who enjoys meeting new people and representing a small, growing brand A self-starter who can take ownership of the mobile bar setup and flow Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow into larger roles as the clubroom expands Fun and supportive work environment Hands-on experience in a unique mobile coffee operation
