Kessho is cofounded by Mark and Liang who have been running their bakery business for over 14 years in Asia. Kessho is our new venture in Austin. We are a young and energetic team passionate about creating high-quality craft chocolate, delightful pastries and ice creams that bring joy to people's lives. Our dessert trailer is located at the heart of the Bouldin Creek neighborhood, and we currently operate from Wednesday to Sunday afternoon to evening, offering a delightful selection of sweet treats to our valued customers.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they approach the dessert trailer
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and courteously
• Present the dessert menu and offer recommendations based on customer preferences
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve pastries, ice creams, and other desserts with attention to detail and presentation
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dessert trailer throughout the shift
• Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Requirements:

• Austin food handler certificate
• No previous experience required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn and grow with us
• Passion for pastries, ice creams, and desserts is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Hours:

• Can work during the weekend, and evening hours till 9pm
