Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food prep stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures accurately using POS systems Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff Assist in food preparation tasks such as preparing batters, frostings, or baking.
