Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee? Do you love working with people and teaching them about the coffee experience? Are you willing to learn (if you don't already know) how to be a great Barista? If so, keep reading.... We are currently interviewing for a position at our coffee shop in Comfort, TX. The desired individual must be dependable, trustworthy and have an outgoing personality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing espresso, lattes, and other coffee drinks consistently. Maintaining knowledge of coffee beans, roasting process, coffee and tea drinks, in order to educate and inform customers. Running POS system and balancing out at end of day. Cleaning shop and keeping all areas neat and tidy. When assigned to the kitchen, duties include making breakfast sandwiches, paninis, salads, burgers and more. We want employees who are upbeat, cheerful and friendly. Perfection in customer service is required. Even if you have never been a Barista or worked in a kitchen, we are willing to train the right individual. The most important qualities you can have are to be trainable, to have a passion for coffee and to be honest and trustworthy.
