Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process sales transactions efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change with precision using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling surfaces, beverage stations, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards Restock supplies regularly to ensure availability of ingredients, cups, utensils, and other essentials for smooth operations Follow food safety protocols during food preparation and beverage service to ensure a safe experience for all guests Experience Previous experience working as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with café environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations within the food industry Basic math proficiency for processing cash transactions confidently Experience in beverage preparation, especially coffee or specialty drinks, is desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
