We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and personable. In this dynamic role, you'll create and craft delicious coffee beverages, serve our fresh pastries with a smile, and handle transactions efficiently. We are in an area with many bilingual people, so your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a requirement. Responsibilities We give you free range on creating new coffee drinks every month Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Take customer orders accurately using our POS system Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with integrity and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and serving. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality. Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Requirements

A PASSION FOR COFFEE IS A MUST

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is required; enthusiasm for learning, growing and teaching is essential! Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math accurately in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and food preparation techniques. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
