Barista/Cashier Job Description:

Pastry café in the Eastside of EL Paso seeks an energetic and positive Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team! A minimum of 2 years of experience is required . To be successful in this role, the candidate must have extensive knowledge of coffee and tea. The Lead barista must have exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, a passion for consistency and quality, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and charismatic demeanor. The Barista is required to learn the food menu as well as learn all pastries offered at our Café. The barista will be responsible for handling the cash register responsibly, greeting customers as they walk into our Café, as well as thanking them for their visit as they exit. Taking customers' food/drink orders, and serving our customers' food and drinks to their table.
