Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and standards Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed Manage retail sales transactions accurately while ensuring excellent service during busy periods Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support beverage service and drink presentation to enhance customer experience Maintain time management skills to ensure quick turnaround during peak hours while upholding quality standards Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
