The ideal candidate will create exceptional customer experiences by preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment, and representing the warmth and hospitality of Yemeni culture. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards. Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations when appropriate. Accurately process orders and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and workstations. Restock inventory and monitor supply levels throughout shifts. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods. Open and close the café according to established procedures. Qualifications Previous barista, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
