Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a friendly, efficient manner Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and swiftly Prepare and serve Ice creams, coffee drinks, Lattes, shakes, smoothies and light food items following safety and quality standards Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, basic math calculations, and cash register balancing Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and food handling procedures to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with food preparation and customer service routines Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods effectively Experience in food handling, serving, or retail math enhances your ability to perform cashiering duties accurately Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful experiences for every guest.
