As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating quality drinks, providing welcoming customer service, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café environment. We're looking for team members who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with both customers and coworkers, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous café or food-service experience is a plus, but we value a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Expectations Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time and ready to work for scheduled shifts Provide consistently friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Maintain Arwa's standards for drink quality, consistency, and presentation Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, shift leads, and management Work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment Stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Be receptive to feedback and communicate any concerns or issues appropriately Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and receptive to feedback Takes initiative and pays attention to cleanliness and detail Able to remain professional and composed during busy shifts Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
