Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Lead and manage team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve operational goals. Enforce safety protocols rigorously, ensuring all team members follow safety standards in production environments. Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and work instructions to facilitate accurate assembly and mechanical tasks. Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools for quality checks and precise assembly operations. Conduct regular safety inspections and manual handling assessments to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Qualifications Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards in production environments. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and mechanical assembly techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and use measuring instruments accurately. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with managing production or assembly teams in a fast-paced setting. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
