As a Bobarista, you will be the heart of our customer experience, crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring our café runs smoothly. Your energy and passion for coffee and food service will create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, friendly setting while sharing your love for coffee and community. Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and beverage preparation stations, adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities by processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the team in delivering fresh and tasty menu items. Uphold food safety protocols and ensure all food industry regulations are followed diligently. Qualifications Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred; a passion for coffee culture is a plus! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
