Full-Time / Part-Time Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. is looking for serious, hardworking, and reliable team members to join our team. We are looking for people who want a long-term position and are willing to learn, work hard, and provide excellent service to our customers. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude and is eager to learn. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to Qamaria standards Learn drink recipes and consistently prepare drinks correctly Operate the POS system and accurately take customer orders and payments Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Clean tables, counters, equipment, and workstations throughout the shift Wash dishes and complete general cleaning duties as needed Restock cups, lids, ingredients, syrups, and other supplies Work efficiently during busy periods Communicate and work well with other team members Follow all store procedures, cleanliness standards, and management instructions Assist with opening and closing duties when scheduled What We're Looking For Must be looking for a long-term job Must be serious about the position and dependable Must be hardworking and willing to learn Must have good customer service and communication skills Must be flexible with scheduling Must be punctual and show up for scheduled shifts on time Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work well as part of a team Must maintain a professional and positive attitude Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required About the Position This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, wants to learn how to make specialty coffee and Yemeni drinks, and is looking to grow with our team.
