Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments, ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including food handling surfaces, beverage stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food items and beverages Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales processing Experience in beverage preparation, especially coffee-making techniques, is highly desirable Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service and friendly interactions!
