Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Wash Dishes and ensure cleanliness to all food and drink preparation stations Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate retail sales transactions Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including counters, tables, and beverage stations in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food handling and preparation for sushi to-go orders while adhering to food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly desirable; café or food industry background is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, or coffee expertise is preferred but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences through energetic service and quality products!
