Job Type:

Full-time and Part-time Alef & Bean is a new coffee shop built around great drinks, warm hospitality, and community. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic baristas who enjoy working with people and want to grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso drinks, signature lattes, teas, refreshers, and other menu items Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service Take orders and process payments accurately Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently Maintain a clean and organized workstation Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently with the team during busy periods Help create a welcoming environment for every guest

Qualifications:

Barista or customer-service experience is preferred, but training is available Friendly and professional attitude Dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and follow standardized recipes Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
