yrs. old . Flower In Flour is a family-owned business in San Antonio, TX. We are customer-centric, fun, inclusive and our goal is to provide San Antonio with a new kind of coffee house while giving our customers a fun, unique experience. We are looking for an experienced barista who is 21 years or older who is well-spoken, friendly, organized and reliable. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and have no problem working with a team. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves coffee and customer service and is willing to offer great suggestions and be a true part of our team. We are excited to hire a fun, active barista who will join us in creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for our customers to enjoy their food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

Speed and accuracy in making hot and cold beverages. Flexibility in working a variety of shifts (including weekends, nights, and holidays) in accordance with business needs. Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Provide exceptional customer service. Make drinks to customer specifications. Maintain a clean work area & customer area. Occasionally lift heavy products, up to 50lbs. Accurately count currency. Accurately complete daily paperwork. Maintain inventories & restock items as needed. Washing and putaway of dishes. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal. Minor cooking, food prep. Reporting for scheduled shifts. Other duties needed to support the success of the business.
