Position Summary The Front of House team members are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to our guests. This role is critical to creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring an efficient, high-quality guest experience through order accuracy, speed of service, and warm hospitality and accurately bagging guest orders and taking payments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take guest orders accurately Repeat orders to confirm accuracy and clarify modifications Answer menu questions and make product recommendations Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and guest-first attitude always Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately Verify orders before handing them to guests Resolve minor guest concerns politely and escalate issues when needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures Work collaboratively with front-of-house team members Support opening and closing duties as assigned Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and attendance standards Perform additional tasks as needed to support bakery operations Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer/guest service experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and handle bakery materials safely. Ability to work under various weather conditions including cold and hot weather. Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
