Job Description

Trianon is an independent, family-owned coffee shop and roastery that has been serving coffee to Austinites for 40 years. We are a family friendly, quality focused shop with an established, devoted clientele. We are looking for motivated individuals who demonstrate friendly customer service skills, general interest in coffee,and the ability to work within a team framework Part time and full time positions available The best candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:
  • Flexibility with work tasks; you will not only be making drinks, but also working the register, cleaning, stocking, etc. Night and weekend availability. We are open 7a-7p Mon-Sat, 7:30-2 on Sunday
  • EXCELLENT
    customer service skills and a naturally friendly personality; our customers are like our family and treat our baristas very well
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you will be working as part of a team and working closely with the manager and owners to constantly improve the shop, yourself, and those around you.
  • Be passionate about coffee. We roast our own coffee and stock over 30 coffees.
  • Service Industry experience is required.
Coffee experience preferred. A valid Texas Food Handlers Certificate is required. If you do not have one, you can obtain one at learn2serve.com. Pay will depend on level of experience with opportunity for pay increases through performance evaluations. Between our wage and tips earned, we make sure our baristas earn $18/hour or more.
