This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales and beverage service while contributing to a welcoming community space. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of teas to customers with our infamous daily tea tastings Ability to converse and bring people into the shop for a tea experience Educate customers on tea types, flavors, and brewing methods Provide excellent customer service and create a fun, welcoming experience Assist with retail sales, merchandising, and maintaining a clean workspace Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Help uphold the overall vibe and standards of the tea nook

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience preferred A strong interest in learning about tea A true people person —friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused able to bring people into the shop for tea tastings Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable standing for long periods and multitasking during busy times Retail or hospitality experience is a plus
