Arlington, VA 22203 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and products.
