•What we need from you: At least 18 years of age Open availability, including weekends (we are currently not hiring seasonal employees) Having coffee/tea experience is not required, but is a plus. Willing to train the right person. Outstanding attendance and punctuality Reliable means of getting to and from work Food Handler Certification required before starting Ability to learn quickly, and perform with excellent Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships Proactivity

•The location of this role is in our Bobae store, where you may be in close proximity with other Baristas and co-workers. You may be on your feet for up to 10 hours a day and required to walk, bend, reach and twist to perform your duties. This role also requires the ability to lift and move up to 40+ pounds.
