What We Are Looking For:

Coffee & Hospitality Experience:

We train espresso to the standard of our store however we appreciate prior knowledge of espresso, basic drinks and food prep.

Warm & Professional Demeanor:

Someone who bring a polite, welcoming attitude to every customer while staying focused on their core tasks.

Reliability & Maturity:

A team player who values professionalism, a clean workspace, communication and smooth day to day operations.

Local Candidates:

We prefer to hire within a 20-minute drive to our store. Ideally in the Kirkland, Woodinville, Redmond and Bellevue area. Required

•

Availability:

Must be able to work 4-5 days a week (5-8 hour shifts). Availability on the weekends (hiring for Saturday availability at the moment). Students are welcome to apply, provided weekends are at least one day available.

Experience:

We prefer to hire based on prior espresso experience. Restaurant and café experience applies.
