Job Description

  • Hourly wage listed includes tips which are typically $6-7/hr
  • We're looking for a friendly, engaging, and motivated Barista/Server/Front of House person to welcome our guests
  • Great medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k + profit sharing for Full time employees
  • Shop hours 6:30a-5:30p daily-variable shifts
  • MUST HAVE CONSISTENT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY

Please be passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoy working with people. The ideal candidate is a positive, glass half full type of person who can bring humor and grace under pressure and have a strong work ethic even when working independently. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

Have excellent knowledge of all our food and retail offeringsMake and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages Interest in making genuine connections with both new and regular guestsExceptional cleaning and sanitizing practices Adherence to recipes and presentation of food and beverage items with high level of detailBe punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendanceDependable and interested in contributing to a positive team environmentPlease understand what side work is and be willing to do it consistentlyCommunicating respectfully with all guests, co-workers, vendors and management Please have a great attitude, work ethic, and can-do spirit and be self-motivated. Knowledge of French food and pastries are a huge plus.

EXPERIENCE AS A BARISTA A BIG PLUSA
strong understanding of espresso, milk steaming, and latte artDetail oriented. Food & wine pairing experience isn't a must but is a very good thing.(We will soon be expanding our menu to include wine and additional savory items)Must be 18 or over.
