Barista/Cashier - Full-Time & Part-Time At Smokin' Willy's , our goal is simple: to provide exceptional customer service, quality products, and a knowledgeable, personable team that can assist each customer with their individual needs. We also believe in setting our employees up for success by building skills, encouraging growth, and creating a positive workplace where people can succeed both here and throughout their careers. We are currently hiring applicants 18 years or older for Full-Time and Part-Time Barista/Cashier positions . Our team works hard to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge while maintaining a positive, service-oriented workplace and following all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Ideal Candidate Applicants should have:

At least 1 year of barista experience , OR At least 1 year of cashier/customer service experience AND 6 months of barista experience Strong customer service and communication skills A friendly, personable, and dependable attitude The ability to work well as part of a team Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check Knowledge of tobacco products is a plus Job Responsibilities Prepare and promote coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages Prepare and serve fresh and hot food items Provide friendly, efficient customer service Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions Stock and rotate tobacco products, beverages, and cooler merchandise Maintain clean and sanitary workstations and equipment Communicate sales promotions and new product information to customers Contribute ideas that can help increase coffee, tobacco, food, and other product sales Clean and maintain customer and employee areas, including restrooms Sweep and maintain the parking lot and exterior areas Empty garbage and recycling Work cooperatively with the entire Smokin' Willy's team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform routine cleaning, stocking, and other physical duties throughout the shift Availability Open and flexible availability is strongly preferred. Applicants must be available to work nights and weekends.
