What This Role Looks Like:

You'll start as a Back-of-House Barista in Training, with the opportunity to move into an On-Bar Barista role after about 90 days. From day one, regardless of previous experience, we want every team member to build a strong understanding of our culture, workflow, and standards. We're looking for humble, dependable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is helpful, what matters most is a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our standards.

Requirements:

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Open availability, including weekends (we are not hiring seasonal-only staff) Willingness to start from foundational training Valid WA Food Handler's Card prior to first shift Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills

Work Environment:

This in-store position is located in Woodinville, where you will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced café environment. You should be comfortable being on your feet for up to 10 hours, moving frequently, and occasionally lifting over 40 lbs.
