  • Temporary, Seasonal Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our food and beverage service team.
If hired to this position you will have shifts bartending, serving and running the beverage cart. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Run the beverage cart on the golf course. Serve meals to customers. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor guest consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidates.
