Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while managing tabs and processing payments efficiently. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light bites during events or busy shifts. Manage time effectively during high-volume periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality. Support catering functions by preparing beverages for large groups or special events, ensuring seamless service from start to finish. Uphold food handling standards and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations at all times. Experience Candidates should possess prior restaurant or food service experience, ideally within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. A background in the food industry that includes serving, bartending, catering, or retail math will be beneficial for managing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations, and familiarity with brewing or beverage preparation are important assets. Previous roles involving customer service excellence in hospitality environments—such as restaurants or retail—are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
