Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage Toast POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and safety protocols. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and managing multiple tables or stations seamlessly. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining high service standards. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems similar; experience with retail math, cash handling, and cashiering is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts efficiently without compromising quality. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a hospitality setting. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with brewing or nightclub environments is desirable.
