Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-service. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events, banquets, or nightclubs to coordinate food and drink service seamlessly. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong customer service skills. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
