Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from greeting to farewell Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash and credit card payments efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering functions Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at processing cash transactions with accuracy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food service industry Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
