We welcome members and their guests for dinners, cocktails, and private events in an elegant setting centered on refined, attentive service. Our members know our staff by name and expect the same high standard every time they walk through the door. The Role We're looking for an experienced, polished bartender who takes pride in doing things properly, maintains high standards without being asked, and treats every member interaction as a reflection of the Club. What You'll Do Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and consistency Provide warm, attentive, and exceptional service to members and their guests Build lasting relationships with members by learning their names, preferences, and regular orders and anticipating their needs Set up, stock, and break down the bar while keeping it immaculate throughout service Accurately enter orders and close out tabs using Toast POS Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs in advance Follow all Alabama ABC regulations and responsible alcohol-service practices Work closely with the kitchen, servers, and management to ensure seamless service What We're Looking For At least two years of bartending experience in a fine-dining restaurant, private club, hotel, or upscale cocktail bar Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits, with careful attention to detail in every pour A strong work ethic—arrives prepared, remains flexible when events run late, and never leaves a task unfinished A polished, well-groomed appearance and a composed, discreet, and gracious manner with members and guests Dependability and the ability to remain steady under pressure during busy events A sense of ownership—sees what needs to be done and takes care of it Toast POS experience is a plus Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain any alcohol-service certification required in Alabama Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as Club events require $24 per hour plus tips.
