The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage service within the hospitality or catering industry, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Catering Server/Bartender, you will play a vital role in ensuring events run smoothly by providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout events, ensuring a positive experience. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage knowledge and proper drink service techniques. Assist with food presentation, serving dishes efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Set up banquet or catering stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized for efficient service delivery. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during events, supporting overall guest relations and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in the food industry with a focus on catering, banquet service, or fine dining environments. Proven skills in guest services, including guest relations and customer satisfaction strategies. Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices. Experience with beverage service including wine knowledge, drink mixing, and bar setup. Background in restaurant or hospitality settings with exposure to food preparation and serving techniques. Additional culinary or coffee experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
