Job Overview We are needing to fill a bar-back position at Monroe's Pub and Patio. Base pay is $9.00 per hour plus tips. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to keep service seamless. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment regularly. Buss tables promptly by clearing used dishes, glassware, and trash to uphold a tidy dining environment. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and venue beverage service regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate smooth service flow during busy hours.
