Mixology Mastery:
Build, shake, and stir classic and creative craft cocktails; maintain an expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and local craft beers.Guest Connection:
Create unique experiences through storytelling and personalized recommendations in a warm, professional manner.The Setup:
Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and well-stocked bar; prepare fresh garnishes and manage inventory levels.Operational Excellence:
Execute flawless cash handling, adhere to all state alcohol service (TIPS) guidelines, and master our POS systems.Who You Are Experienced:
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (upscale or fine dining preferred).Certified:
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler's certification.Dynamic:
A positive, upbeat personality with the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining extreme attention to detail.Knowledgeable:
Well-versed in food safety, proper garnishing, and the "why" behind every ingredient.Resilient:
