Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking experienced Servers/Bartenders for a locally-owned brewpub in Mobile, Alabama.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Interact with customers, take orders (both food and beverage), and provide recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
• Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Server and/or Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, or willing to learn
• Ability to learn drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work 3-4 shifts per week.
