Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team at Cottonfield Bar And Grill. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS system Toast ensuring proper processing of payments and tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Qualifications Experience Required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Previous food service or restaurant experience with an understanding of food handling safety protocols. Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change processing.
