Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage offerings Manage cash transactions accurately using Micros POS, processing payments efficiently and securely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to delight guests and encourage sales Monitor inventory levels of spirits, wines, beers, and bar supplies; communicate needs for restocking Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods, including catering or banquet events when applicable Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a bar setting Experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles that involve beverage service or food service experience is highly desirable Join us as a Lobby Bartender and bring your lively spirit and expert skills to create an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued.
