IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. Job Duties Works hands-on as a bartender while modeling exceptional service and beverage standards. Maintains bar readiness, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and closing standards. Supports monthly beverage inventory counts, ordering, and stock management. Maintains bar equipment, tools, glassware, and overall bar operating standards. Executes and trains the team to deliver CIVANA mixology classes and beverage experiences. Coaches bartenders on recipes, technique, service standards, and responsible alcohol service. Supports beverage cost controls through accurate pours, waste tracking, and product rotation. Qualifications 3+ years bartending experience in elevated or resort environments. Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, wellness beverages, and zero-proof cocktail development. Experience leading or training teams preferred. Ability to remain calm, organized, and positive under pressure-Brilliantly Resilient. Strong communication skills-Open & Honest with team members and leaders. Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must hold required Food Handler and Title 4 certifications.
