The Role:

As a FOH employee at Lost Resorts, you'll play a vital role in our operation. From serving unforgettable experiences for guests at our weddings and events to charming them with your hospitality at our rustic barn-turned-restaurant, every day will be an adventure!

Requirements:

At least 2 years serving/bartending experience in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Ability to memorize menu items and upsell Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the

Season Schedule:

Training starts in late April, with doors opening in early May. The season runs from May to November with a potential to move into year-round positions at the end of the season. Wage Serving/bartending wages begin at $12.15/hour plus tips. Private event weekends will include a base pay in addition to hourly pay and tips. Why Lost Resorts?
