The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations based on their tastes and preferences while promoting specials or new items. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet events. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Experience 3 years experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required. Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous. Strong sales skills with an understanding of retail math to manage transactions effectively. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Proficient in cash handling procedures and comfortable using point-of-sale systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
