Bartender 265 Center Ave, Aptos, CA 95003 From $17 an hour - Part-time From $17 an hour - Part-time The Mediterranean Bar is a locally owned neighborhood bar with a strong community vibe, great regulars, and a fast-paced but friendly atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable bartender to join our team on Sat night from 9pm to 2am and as needed for other shifts. Position Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer and wine Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a clean bar Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Must be 21+ and able to meet all California alcohol service requirements Ability to work all shifts if needed Responsibilities Preform closing duties Provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Accurately handle cash and POS transactions Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service Support a positive team environment
